The 21 Result principles was created by Dr. Jennifer Alexander, we need to first have a basic overview of our habits, beliefs and behaviors. We first have to understand what we think and why we behave the way we do. The 21 principles is a guideline as to our behavior, we have included exercises on the 21 principles to understand our thoughts and then we can consciously change them

Sheila Nielsen has devoted her life to personal and spiritual transformation. Driven by a profound desire to understand and grow, she discovered that the key to changing our opinions, behaviors, and beliefs lies in first understanding them. This journey of self-awareness involves recognizing our triggers and learning to have honest conversations with ourselves.
To facilitate this process, Sheila created the "21 Results Principles" course. This course is designed to help individuals embark on a journey of self-reflection, teaching them to feel and understand their self-talk and its impact on their bodies. It explores what happens internally when we encounter emotional triggers, offering tools and insights to foster a deeper connection with oneself. Through this course, Sheila aims to guide others in transforming their lives by starting from within, cultivating a healthier relationship with their inner dialogue, and ultimately leading to positive change.
