The 21 Result principles was created by Dr. Jennifer Alexander, we need to first have a basic overview of our habits, beliefs and behaviors. We first have to understand what we think and why we behave the way we do. The 21 principles is a guideline as to our behavior, we have included exercises on the 21 principles to understand our thoughts and then we can consciously change them
Your Instructor
She is a business coach, analyst, commercial realtor specializing in businesses, Instructor and entrepreneur creating, owning and managing several businesses over the last 30 years in addition to working for some of the largest companies such as Fletchers Fine Foods, Guess, Harley Davidson, & Phytoderm: Most of her career has been spent creating and correcting businesses from the marketing, branding to the sales force. Sheila is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Instructor and owner of Hypnotherapy Professional College. HPC offers a Master Certification recognized internationally by IMDHA, personal development workshops taught both online and in person; Teaching sales teams, managers and other corporations about the connection between emotions, memories, success and self-sabotage that we all play in throughout most of our lives in both our personal and business relationships.
